Project Manager

Our Project Managers are responsible for delivering successful implementations of communications technology products and services while meeting customer requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Project Manager manages the project life cycle by:

 Developing and focusing on the specific project objectives
 Planning, scheduling and controlling the assigned resources to meet those objectives
 Managing the scope, schedule, cost and quality of the project
 Reporting on project progress and other project specific information assuring customer satisfaction

Position Requirements

 Excellent organizational and planning skills
 Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills
 Ability to work independently or as a member of a team


 Knowledge and/or experience with the PMI Project Management System (Project Management Process Groups)
 Demonstrated success as a project manager on large projects from initiation through closure
 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
 Experience with Microsoft Project software

Engineering Communications Engineer wanted…

Streem Link Communications is looking for competent, energetic, confident engineers to provide high-level, technical expertise for both pre-sales and post-sales opportunities. Qualified individuals will possess good people skills and a strong background in TDM and IP based telephony, messaging and/or call center deployment experience.

Outstanding customer service and efficiency are important aspects of this position. Essential functions and basic duties consist of being responsible for the efficiency of professional services implementations by measuring the amount of hours and deployment time it takes to achieve the goal of a successful installation.

Streem Link will provide the tools needed for the continual personal education, and training.

Position Requirements

Minimum five years experience with deployment and architecture of communications application infrastructure in any of the following products or service areas: Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, Microsoft, Meru, Extreme, Juniper, IC Contact Center, Call Center design and deployment.

Manufacturer certifications are required.

Service Dispatcher The service dispatcher serves our customers by dispatching installation and repair services and maintaining accurate records.
Position Requirements:

 Identifies telecommunication service needs and assigns appropriate service technician to the job.
 Provide time estimates for work requests and schedules appointments. Monitors service progress and manages technician’s time. Updates completion notes on work performed.
 Notifies supervisor of extraordinary problems; follows through to completion of projects.
 Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

 Previous dispatch and telecommunication industry experience a plus.
 Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.
 Excellent customer service skills, both externally and internally.
 Ability to multi-task, able to adapt to change in a fast paced work environment.
 Proper administrative skills and general office etiquette.

Sales Support Representative The Sales Support Representative (SSR) position is imperative and necessary to the organization’s success. Its purpose is to provide potential and existing clients with support and assistance, depending on their needs. In addition, the job entails lending administrative support to the Account Executives (AE). The primary responsibility of this position is to utilize the resources provided to the SSR to either answer the customers’ questions, direct them to the proper channels, or enter an order, quote, service ticket, etc. as may be required, always in a courteous and professional manner.

Position Requirements:
  Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills.
  Able to quickly assimilate training on products and services.
  Works independently and with minimal supervision.
  Perform daily administrative tasks for the AE’s, including but not limited to, entering quotes, sales orders, service requests, tracking orders, sending out company information packets, and filing.
 Provide each AE with pricing for Avaya Maintenance and any other pertinent information they will need to sell an Avaya Maintenance contract.

  Previous experience in telecommunication or data communications is desired but not required.
  Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and the Internet. Knowledge of Goldmine and MAS200 is desired, but will provide training.
  B.S. or equivalent is highly desired.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Field Technician Field Technician wanted…
